Why there are no refunds

Every copy of Pellet starts with a free 14-day trial of the full app, with no account and no card. The trial is there so you can decide whether Pellet is right for you before you pay: check that it runs well on your machine, bring in your notes, and use it the way you would every day.

Because you can try everything first, Pellet desktop licenses are not refundable. Once a purchase is complete it is final, and no refunds, partial refunds or credits are given.

If you decide not to buy, nothing is lost: your vault is plain files on your own disk, and an expired trial can still open, search and export everything.

Replacing a machine

A license is not tied to one computer forever. Deactivating it on one machine frees it for another, so a new computer does not mean a new purchase.
