Which platform does what
Pellet runs on macOS, Windows, Linux, iPhone, iPad and Android. Almost everything works everywhere but there are some differences in what features are supported where. This list breaks it down for you.

1 On iPad, Pellet draws through Apple's PencilKit rather than its own canvas — the same feature, a faster engine.
2 Android downloads a 20 MB recognition model the first time you ask for it, and only when you press the button.
3 OpenAI's audio upload is desktop-only. Gemini, your own Whisper server, and the built-in engine all work on a phone.
4 On Linux, keys are kept in your system keyring. GNOME and KDE include one; a minimal desktop needs gnome-keyring installed.
5 Calendar accounts are set up on a desktop, and your phone inherits the connection — after that it reads and writes events normally. An ICS subscription can be added on a phone directly.
